instax



instax are a globally recognisable brand known for their instant print cameras and printers. Their slogan being ‘don’t just take, give’ is all about capturing the moment sharing memories.

I had the opportunity to work with instax throughout my time at Spin, creating static and motion assets for their instagram - both for their organic feed and paid ads. I collaborated closely with the internal creative team to come up with designs that resonated with instax’s primary audience of Gen Z and Millenials. 

Their brand is fun, bright, colourful, busy (in a good way) and eye-catching. We leant into their bold colours, scanned prints, and vast range of products to create social media designs which contributed to increased engagement, follower count and sales through paid media.

One major achievement whilst working with instax was leading a winning a pitch alongside my creative partner, Jacob, for a new creative style for their instagram feed. 

We felt the feed as a whole no longer resonated with their target audience of younger Gen Z and Millenials, appearing very busy and product heavy.

Our goal was to lean into their brand elements such as bright colours and eye-catching imagery, incorporating more texture, pops of movement and a nostalgic feel, whilst still highlighting the products and instax lifestyle.

instax were thrilled with the new approach and we felt as though it captures the instax essence as a whole.
